Overview
As an intern frontend web developer, I had the opportunity to work on a responsive and performant multi-tenant event management system built with cutting-edge technology like Next.js. I collaborated with a team of talented people from various roles. This project consists of two main products: a web application and a mobile app built with React Native.
The frontend team consisted of web and mobile developers. Our team focused on developing a user-friendly and smooth interface that allows users to easily navigate through the application. Users can manage events, access insights, and utilize various features we developed.
From a developer perspective, integrating tools like Zoom for virtual meetings directly on the website added valuable functionality without compromising performance. We also implemented features like chat, collaboration, and interactive sessions — all designed with the user at the center.
One of the key aspects I worked on in this project was building out the customizable dashboard, which offers various insights for event organizers to track and manage events. Maintaining clean and reusable code has been essential to support the platform’s all-in-one design.
Note: The platform was discontinued by Telkom around six months after my internship ended due to internal business decisions unrelated to the development process.
